Afternoon all, I'm having a cup half full day. It's so pleasant to see the snow when it's supposed to be snowing. It's been a bit unsettling in the last couple of years when we've virtually had summer in February.
The barometer is creeping up slowly but still very low.

Fish van due to call today but not sure if fish will have been landed with the weather the way it is. Never mind, we have fishfingers in the freezer

Good afternoon evedently staying in the wrong area of Scotland, there has been no sunshine or anything that could be classed as bright and breezy, its strong winds with occasional hail storms and its a bitterly cold wind the only good part is that the hail gets melted fairly quickly with the strong wind, that's it back on again but not as heavy this time as I can still see the back fence feeling a bit guilty as I sent oldest grandson out to collect something, I told him he couldn't expect someone my age to go out in that wasn't too chuffed when he said true enough I couldn't, just had thunder and lightning now and heavy hail so take care if you are out, I had better go and see where my boy is, as I need him in with his younger brother as I need to take OH to hospital for an Xray, keep safe, keep warm and keep smiling

Yay, fish van has been and we have a couple of haddock fillets which will be Thursday nights supper as A large dish of lasagne to be made later will do us a couple of days. Also got some cod roe and we had an iffit salad with that for lunch. Iffit you say, whassat?? Tis simply if it's there, bang it on the plate

Afternoon all,it's mad out outside,what with wind,showers and sun,at least were safe inside.
CPT some pic that,hope peeps are safe,there is a lot of aftermath to clear up everywhere.
had a call from the memory clinic,they got a cancelation on thursay pm,they even sending us some transport,how good is that,either a vaulanter car or a taxi they pay for,as i not know when my car will be on the road again,what with son stressed,and the weather,it is nice to get a bit of T&C ,hope your walk went well jay,look after yourself lass,well,stay save all,and Bgood2yrselves

Afternoon, AP we used to have a fish man call but not seen him around for a while, he was always helpful.

It felt like a soup sort of day so I made a carrot and lentil for lunch with 6 portions for the freezer.

Evening All Did I tell you one of my grandsons has joined the Navy? He's started his training at HMS Raleigh this week. It's still raining/hailing/snowing and blowing here so stew and Yorkshires is the order of the day.

Evening all, still wild and windy up here...………………….and so's the weather...………………..We went to Montrose to post a parcel and hit the Tescos Grand Prix, the hills are all white again, some more snow forecast. If the wind drops I want go up and try my new crampons out and hopefully get some wildlife pictures.

Evening all from a cold wet miserable Kildare, we had lots of the white stuff this morning but it cleared up within the hour, then various rain, sleet and hail storms, average temperatures was 2-3’C

Morning all. Cloudy all day today, apparently, but that means it was warm overnight. Low of 6 �C. A bit of drizzle early on too.
