What is your name for your Mother and your Father

I call my parents mum and dad, my daughter calls us mum and dad and our son calls us by our Christian names, much to the horror of one of our friends!

My patents got Mammy and Daddy, although in later years it was Mum, our children address us as Mum and Dad
OH unusually refers to me with the children as "see him!"

Mine were Mam and Dad. It appears that was standard in South Wales. Here in Israel my children call my wife and I Ima and Abba in Hebrew.
