Scary innit. Fingers crossed. There may be a delay if you have new councillors and they haven't sorted themselves out yet.

When I sent my plans in for my kitchen, I couldn't do it online as they were the oldfashioned blueprint type. Someone burnt the council offices down including my planning application. Nightmare.

Go for it. Can I suggest bath taps, door knocker (there are some beautiful Green Man ones) and a roller blind.

I don't have either of those VC. I'd really like the Eco one please. Unfortunately building regs have moved on so much, the 2004 edition might fill my head with ideas that are no longer allowed. Thank you

We've been learning a lot and most of it is as clear as mud! We have to have a renewable energy source to get planning.
And it's recommended that windows are to cover the equivalent of 20% of the floor area of the room!
