No but it's within the bright green bit on the map. Which means it's a lot more likely, especially as the council / planners / some other higher being, coloured in the map

Probably not the view is only out the back with this one. The other plans were going to need some tweaking anyway. Architect got a bit carried away in places but it was lovely
