        10 jars summer fruits jam

Only thing left to make is pumpkin chutney. Then I never have to put things in jars again. Not until next year anyway.

        • 5 jars of pumpkin & apple chutney
A very large batch of pumpkin soup
And roasted, caramelised spicy pumpkin seeds ( they won't last long )

More pumpkin chutney to follow shortly (different recipe)

          • 1 jar of very very hot dried chilli flakes - I need to remember to be sparing with these!

They're a mix of lemon drop, demon red and purple tiger

              • If I have done this correctly there should be pictures of some of the fruit cheeses I made.

                  • I have just turned out one of the damson, blackberry and rosemary cheeses which have been maturing for a while. Someone told me that they taste better with maturing.

I am rather chuffed with myself, they are delicious. It would seem that I have at last cracked making fruit cheeses.

Can't wait to see if the 2 wheels of hard cheese I made three months ago are any good.
