    I'm sure your first losf photo was fab Bren!
    That is a very good point your husband makes Snoop about the butter and holes, you'd be amazed how much I managed to slather on!

    I've frozen most of it now.

    I plan to have a good look at the foodbod lady's pages and stick with her processes from now on, thanks for recommending her Snoop, she's fab!

      Elaine's method is really straightforward. If you feel the need to buy one of her books for more recipes, have a look at her Sourdough Bible. She brings together a lot of info from all her other books in it and the range of recipes is impressive.

                • I've started a sourdough starter again. Now I've found that it's not necessary to keep feeding and discarding all the time, I plan to keep it asleep in the fridge (when it's ready, early days yet), and only feed it when I need to use some.
                  Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
                  Endless wonder.
