      Behave! You can knead and roll out your pasta dough without a machine. It's one of those jobs to do on a 'feeling aggressive' day! Really gets it out of your system.

        I love my bread maker and I've done various "speciality breads" from packet mixes on a pizza stone in my oven, but never had the confidence to try doing it from scratch. Maybe I should give it a try.
