OH has actually suggested meatballs and pasta using frozen meatballs and our own frozen tomatoes.
….I’ll suggest the icecream bit for pud!

Beef lasagne with salad. The other 4 portions are in the freezer. Trying to only have dessert when we have a light main

Flo I’ve just had yoghurt with banana and some defrosted apple slices.
Dinner will be eaten around 7ish.

Roast chicken, mashed potatoes and a selection of veg.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,

Couldn’t find the frozen tomato so we used tinned ones- but used frozen gnocchi instead of pasta!
And yep - it was icecream for pud.

Snap! We are having beef lasagne tomorrow night Flo - with 4 more portions frozen! Served with a side salad.

Toad in the hole with a pile of cabbage cooked with garlic and bacon. Better not eat much for the rest of the day...

Our yesterdays lasagne was a two person one made in a loaf pan it worked out well using some leftover mushroom/veg from the freezer.

Today Shepherds pie with sprouts and french beans.

I've taken some haggis out of the freezer. We'll have it with mashed potatoes and swede, sprouts, carrots and creamy gravy.

Stewed lentils with bits of veg and chorizo. Will make extras for the freezer.

Custards for tomorrow. Plus start off some bread dough for baking tomorrow.

Tonight I think I'll make a quiche to use up lots of bits of cheese in the fridge. Probably cheese, mushroom and tomato. We'll have it with salad, beer battered onion rings and maybe a small jacket sweet potato or couscous. I think I'll zap the pastry next before I change my mind.

Not sure as yet, but I really think I should start reducing my intake for a while. We had a massive cooked breakfast so at the moment I dont even want to think about food!

I made 6 chicken tikka wraps for the freezer yesterday, so when Himself just wants a sandwich, I've got something a bit tastier! I'm still however hankering for a chicken kebab throw out this evening.
