Chicken something tonight. I did fancy the chicken with vinegar that James Martin made on TV on Saturday morning but need to buy a couple of items for that.

I'm thinking either a chicken curry or chicken goujons.

Pork loin steaks with roast potatoes, carrots and sprouts. I'm making an Apple pie, but will try to resist eating it until tomorrow

If I smelled and could see apple pie I wouldn't be able to resist. Which reminds me.....there are a couple of Bramleys lurking in the bottom of the fridge.

We finally had the promised mushroom risotto followed by a trifle using our raspberries and apples.

Pork chops, roast potatoes, mushrooms, onions and mixed peppers.

Tomato soup with toasted cheese sandwiches.

Tumble salad featuring tinned salmon as the guest ingredient.
Finishing off the trifle for pud.

Himself is in for a shock - he said last week that he likes Mulligatawny soup (though I'm not sure he knows what it is), so we're having that tonight with garlic and coriander naan. This will be fun
