Raspberry Jam

I've used the jam sugar from Asda and it's great. I made raspberry jam and followed the recipe on the sugar bag and it turned out fantastic

Maybe that's of some help Two Sheds?

Is that jam sugar with added pectin Sarriss?

Yes it is. I dont know in what quantities, but its worked very well for both cranberry sauce and raspberry jam

I left it overnight, and it's now set in the pan - so there IS enough pectin in raspberries, they just hide it to vex you

Right, I'm amending my recipe so when I use it again next year I won't go through all that palaver
