    4 more jars of pickled beetroot, 1 of nasturtium pods.
    Double batch of courgette soup for freezer, 2 litres of blackberry frozen yoghurt, blackberry leather in progress, and more blackberries dripping through muslin very slowly for making bramble jelly eventually...

      3 Jars of Plum Jelly, made from the juice from yesterday's stewed plums.
      Also bottled some juice which is very refreshing diluted with water.

                              Yesterday;

                              Rhubarb and apples in the freezer, cucumber and onion pickle - 4 jars and 4 jars achocha fat baby pickle.

                              Have lots of blackberries in freezer, and pasta sauce with hidden courgettes. Will be blanching and freezing more french beans tonight and making more sauce, plus possibly some more courgette pasta bake and/or courgette soup if I get time.

                                Now have a jar of french beans fermenting as an experiment - not a lot of space in the freezer and I still need to do the pasta sauce, soup, and pasta bake.....

                                Wondering if huazontle would work fermented...
