        Chilli jam???? Is that a jam ie sweet or more like a pickle, these are hot!

            4 pots goosegog and bramble jam and 12 pots bramble jelly ( totally runny cos I can't get my head around French sugar)

                Thanks Bins.......... only have 10 now as going mouldy. How do I make this jelly any ideas?????

                  6 jars strawberry and plum jam
                  6 jars 'home and hedgrow' chutney
                  and in the process of making some spiced fruity chutney and bought huggggggeeeeee sack of pickling onions today so will make a start on them too...

                    just got strawberries and melon 'steeping' in sugar ready to make conserve tomorrow,4lbs plums softening for jam and another 4 waiting to go on when I have room on the hob!

                      10 pots Quince and Apple jelly and another 8 jars of Courgette and pepper pickle. BTW Nicos, if you use the French sugar for confiture or jelly you should have no problem. I even had Strawberry jam that set rather too much!

                      Oh nearly forgot, the 8 jars of Apple chutney and 6 jars (sterilized) of Apple compot. Stole the bramleys for MIL in the UK!!!!!!!

                          Military Pickle, Plum jam,redo ion marmalade,roasted red pepper and chilli jam, lemion and pineapple marmalade, hot yellow plum chutney .....all done since I last posted ..........

                            6 jars pineapple and mango chutney, 6 jars pickle sticks, 3 jars bread and butter pickle and 5kg of onions brining ready to peel tomorrow...........I'm gonna pong methinks!!!!!!

                              finished the onions!!!! 6 BIG jars (think sar***s vinegar size) of onions, just got the other half of the sack to do and a mahoosive red cabbage!

                                Another 10 jars of Apple chutney, Oh well it improves with keeping. 5 jars of sweet pickled shallots. Poor crop, I might just as well have pickled the seed shallots!! 11 jars of Bullace (thanks Nicos) jam with a few odds and ends of other fruits, tastes good. On the go Elderberry cordial.

                                Now to start on this years fruit in the freezer!
