Tomato wine? Cheese wine (dunno how you'd even begin to go about that)? Curry leaf wine? Saffron wine? Truffle wine? ummmmmmmm....

I do like the thought of light green sparkling grass wine.

              How was the wine?
When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

Have made chilli wine in the past starting with 3lb of chillies as a bet. it was yellow green in colour and had a "taste" like molten steel.
