Trouble is, the barrel's on the floor in the utility room. To get to the tap I have to lift it up. Even with my most careful and delicate arms on, it still wobbles when I lift it - stirring up the gunk. I can't really leave it on the side anywhere 'cause we don't got the room.

I could bottle it I guess (as in put it into the bottle I have, rather than chicken out).
