Thought I'd share mi good news with everyone, the lad's & lasses on the chat thread have already heard.
After being made redundant 18 months ago from mi last job & being unemployed for what seems a lifetime. I finally landed mi self a job working for the D.W.P (Department for works and pensions). I've had to retrain, but it's finally paid off
I start on Monday at 7.30 (First day only) rest of the time it'll be 8, the hours are fantastic 8-3.30 Mon to Thurs & 8-1.30 on Fridays...and no weekends. To say I'm rather chuffed with mi self is the understatement of the year.
So if there's anyone out there who's facing redundancy, lost there job or who are looking for work...don't give up, don't get dis-heartened...it will happen.xx
