What I Have Done So Far...Part 2

The onions were about 4-6inches tall when they got planted out earlier this year. Must have been around the middle of January. They went in easily enough but looked a bit sorry for themselves. the next weekend they were fine, so must have been the stress of being transplanted.

The next weekend about half had been pulled up and nibbled at. Not even eaten properly or left, just nibbled. I managed to replant some of them to try to save them. But the very next day they, and more, had been pulled up again.

The Broad beans I planted in newspaper pots in November have come on a treat. They all germinated and seem to be goin great guns. Some are about 8 inches tall, but with not many leaves, and some are only 4inches, but loads of leaves. Strange. I decided it must be do do with light levels, so I have rearrnage my mini greenhouse so they are all on the top shelf. this gives them the best light and the tallest growing space.

The greenhouse is on of the plastic mini greenhosues. It has four shelves each with enough space for four seeds trays. the bottom shelf is mainly for equipment, trays, pots, etc.
