  • Today has been...

a good day because...I have much more than yesterday

My brother has just called up with 1 large blue plastic barrel, about 15 white buckets,20 odd smaller square buckets,3 large bags of MPC,2 black bin liners full of pots and seed trays and an 8 foot or so pear tree.
The blue barrel is going to become my new roll around the ground composting bin

so the question is how has today been for you ?

            sorry for your lost jacob.

Its sounds like a nice way to go sitting down having a coffee.

My day, weekend has been busy doing none of the things i wanted to do :O(. Didn't get to allotment as was shopping for baby stuff. DS has deserted us for the family down the road "his girlfriends" hes only 4!!!! The dog has also gone funny and is panting and generally acting stressed out. I can only think its down to the baby being on its way. 4 weeks tops and all should go back to normalish.
Oh and my yellow squash plants have died off, too wet, too cold not sure but am gutted hopefully my mums are ok so i can pinch one.
Growing vegetables and flowers to share.

Today is an achey (is that a word?) day for me. Attended a friend's hen do yesterday... it involved swinging through trees at Go Ape in the morning, horse riding in the afternoon and then hitting the town for food and drinks in the evening. Woke up really stiff this morning.

pjh75 Go ape sounds great fun! was it the few drinks that made you feel achey rather than all the activities?
