Lost over half a stone since I started, but this is normal. My work time away is very sedentary, hardly move about at all, and so put weight on. When I'm home I'm very active, so lose a fair bit of weight.Bob Leponge

Forgot to add, I also went out yesterday for lunch, and stayed in the pub till about 8pm and staggered home.

I've felt miserable for the last 24 hrs. As a consequence I have partaken of cheese, more cheese and then finished off the cheese. Also bubbly.
