  • Let's lose a bit of weight.....

Bumping this thread to keep up the encouragement.

The fat fast has enabled me to lose another 7lb. Yippee! How is everyone else doing?

That's the bloomin' trouble, there's not a lot I could give up. Honest.

Instead of a Bacon butty (3 rashers) for breakfast a bowl of bran flakes with a slack handful of blue berries & a glass of tomato juice.

Same here I'm already a vegetarian, calorie-conscious, cycling nut

I'm short, so any extra weight really shows (tree trunk thighs). S'not fair

Lost over half a stone since I started, but this is normal. My work time away is very sedentary, hardly move about at all, and so put weight on. When I'm home I'm very active, so lose a fair bit of weight.

I've felt miserable for the last 24 hrs. As a consequence I have partaken of cheese, more cheese and then finished off the cheese. Also bubbly.

I've been good again, but it's getting pretty boring. There'd better be something significant on Friday or I may jump off the wagon.

                      Bubbles don't weigh much.
