Weekendwellies, I also lost my number (I've since found it again), so I emailed GYO and asked them for another one and they very kindly obliged.
Is it the recession but everybody on this site seems to have their glass half empty, not half full!

It's not the subs club log in details I can't find (although did have to type in serveral times before I noticed it was upper caseOriginally posted by Danno View Post
). After you've logged in there is a tab for My Account. This asks for your Web ID which apparently is an 8 digit alphanumeric code that is printed by your name and address on the polythene that your subscription copy is sent in. My polythene wrapping is totally blank and as somebody above has said, the bit above my name on the address paper is a 5 figure number followed by a 4 figure number . That's what I've mailed about as it doesn't make sense.
