I was using Mars and Snickers bars melted onto the prong: I got 3 or 4, but there was one canny mouse who could lick off the chocky without getting caught

Today there have been 4 traps baited, two were really tricky to set (borrowed from a friend)
They are outside of the bean bed but covered with a chicken wire cage so's the birds don't get caught.They have been baited with some bread pudding , nice and fruity, cos it sticks to the prongs better .

Thinking now I shall have to resort to poison. Fed up with dead mice ( 2 more today ) and can't expect my Dad to be dealing with them while I'm away. Just about have given up hope on runner beans for this year, they've had the new lot I put out.
