    It looks like either a type of willowherb or a type of evening primrose.
    What do the flowers normally look like?

      After search the above it is definitely a rosebay willow herb, thank you very much for helping me learn what it is

        I'm not certain it actually is specifically rosebay willowherb, as the leaves seem too big and the plant in general to big and bushy (rosebay grows tall, but not very wide). I was thinking it might be a different, probably non-native, sort of willowherb, actually.
        Most willowherbs have the same sort of flowers (varying only in size), so if you look up willowherb and and the flowers look like those in the pictures then it's definitely some sort of willowherb, at least.
