  • Little white bugs in orchid mix?

The plants that I have in orchid mix bark substrate seem to be infested with tiny white bugs. They are white, worm or larvae like, they crawl, they live UNDER the plant pots and thrive in water collection dishes. They seem to JUMP but do not fly. Any idea what they might be? And what I should be doing abotu them? I've been wiping down and rinsing them off when I see them, but they seemingly exploded overnight for me

Sounds like some kind of fly grub/maggot

I've tried to take a couple of photos. They have antennae, seem to have 6 or more legs. Some have dark parts in the middle, which I presume is food in their guts. Are they some sort of isopod or breakdown crew for the orchid mix?
