My pear tree has produced fruit for the last to years and both times they have turned all blochy like this one.
p.s i do not spray my trees

That looks like scab.

Think Capsid's got it right. Pear scab is a serious disease of pears, most serious in wet regions Apple and Pear Scab - Keepers Nursery - possibly the largest range of fruit trees and soft fruit plants in the world
