Brown bugs on coriander

Hi,

Have just gone to sort out some coriander that was bolting and noticed some small brown insects gathered near the seed heads. I have searched the forum and google but can't find anything that quite explains what they are so I've burnt them as a precaution.

Any ideas would be appreciated, just in case I find some more.
