Its pretty disheartening so far this year. Normally I would have my toms in the cold greenhouse but they are still feeling the effects of the low temp. so will stay indoors for another few weeks. I'm not optimistic for an early crop this year.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Frost is forecast for tonight in Kent, I was thinking of planting stuff out in the g/house borders, think I better leave it a bit longer

My greenhouses are bursting at the seams. The weather is disastrous.

Crickey, cold out tonight!! Just brought my toms and beans back in... haven't been up to the plot, so no idea if my spuds have broken the surface yet (hoping not..), my spuds in bags at home are touching the fleece at the top - hope we don't get a harsh frost tonight!

metcheck says 1 degree, others say 5 degrees. Either way it's nippy!!

That sent me out into the garden Chris. Doesn't feel that cold here and there's cloud cover. Hope your stuff is OK.

I've looked this strange all my life - if the wind changes there may be an improvement
