Snow.........lots of!

Thunder and lightening as well as a thick covering of snow being added to all the time. Oh joy!

So it WAS thunder I heard last night! Convinced myself it was the sound of snow falling off the roof but didn't go out to investigate. Snow, hailstones and now sunshine so far today, what next!

Lots of thunder! Apparently it's because we live not far from the sea which is 10 c and the clouds are -30 and that creates the energy.

One clap of thunder at 11.30 at night which I wasn't sure about then had it confirmed at 6.30am in the morning when the bedroom lit up with lightening and we had more thunder!

we just got shot of all the snow and yes its started again 07:15

In this part of the "north east" (never certain which area I really am in!) we have a sprinkling of snow - about 1/8th inch, but have seriously low temperatures and frozen ground. Still mounds of the white stuff here and there left over from the last lot.

Just finished clearing the snow and guess what..........its snowing!

Rather balmy these last couple of days...........temp up to 11 degrees!

Just to confuse us it reached 10C in the sun, against the house wall, today.
