Free soil testing kit

I have used Vital Earth in the past and found them to be a good company to deal with.

Lets hope the seeds and kits comes soon.

Did anyone contact Vital Earth about this? I haven't until now, but suddenly remembered it and have sent them an email. If I don't hear anything in the next few days I shall ring them. I feel strongly that companies need to do better than this in delivering promises - okay, it's just a soil test kit and in some cases some free seeds, but happy customers generate orders, and in these economic climes that's what businesses need! If they had a genuine reason for not fulfilling their offer, they needed to let folk know. I've had no communication from them whatsoever, so if it was merely an email harvesting exercise it wasn't a success even for that!

I never received anything either and it well over a month, it is possible they will still arrive, I remember Wiggly Wiggler seeds were very late delivering free seeds as they were overwhelmed by the uptake perhaps the same has happened here

it says on the web site the following

Thank you for requesting our Free Soil Testing Kit it will be despatched to you within 5 working days.

I have worked out the 5 working days are

Good Friday
The Friday before the first May Bank Holiday
The Friday before August Bank Holiday
Christmas Eve
New Years Eve

I know its possible that I was too late, but for none of us to get the soil tester somethings not right + The Green Gardener Club seeds have never arrived either
