Coffee Grounds

Its not just Starbucks that give them away if you ask. I dare say any shop that makes coffee will have grinds to get rid off. My better half got some from her local Greggs cafe today.

Compost= Yep It will speed up the process (with all compost you need to add a mixture of greens and browns).
Worms= Yep they love them (But only a few handfulls at a time or you will change the PH too much)
Top Dress= Yes slugs hate the feel of them.
Can you have too much never
Add to soil = Yes adds nitrogen to the soil
