Last year their was similar offer from another company, cant recall which. The response was high and they ran out of the particular potato they were promoting but did replace it with a different one - they usually stand by their offers.

They offer just started at the end of last week so it's unlikely that anything will have been shipped over the weekend. Just relax - they'll turn up eventually.

Did add one of those clever seed sower thingies for £2.99, but that brought in a p&p charge of £3.99 so didnt bother, no p&p on a few packs of seeds though.

I have ordered too thanks! I wasn't going to grow potatoes this year, I'm growing carrots, but as these are free and I have the buckets already - and lots of my own home made compost I have nothing to loose. I'm so excited about my compost, I still think its a miracle that you put all your waste into the bin and then a year later you get gorgeous smelling black stuff. Its magic! I'm almost a proper gardener!

Jackie, you do have to give your credit card details even though they charge you nothing - its just the way the system is set up.

fothergills system wouldnt let me register cos it said i put in incorrect postcode. i think the offer must b uk mainland only. we often have this problem delivering to the isle of wight.

That's not fair is it. Did you leave a gap in your post code? Mine wouldn't work when I first tried without a gap.
