Tomato & Cucumber Fertiliser - no instructions!

A couple of years ago I bought a packet of Growing Success Organic Tomato & Cucumber Fertiliser (barcode 5017406080142). I can't find anyone who sells it now.

It doesn't come with any instructions as to how much to use - simply "feed weekly".

I wrote to the manufacturer last year for help, but they didn't bother to reply.

Has anyone ever used any and if so how much?

Alternatively, it's a 1kg packet of granules with:
Nitrogen: 4%
Phosphorous: 8%
Potassium: 16%
Magnesium: 6.7%
Does anyone have anything with a similar mix and how much do you use? NB I grow in pots. Thanks!

It looks like a normal hi-potash feed, for fruiting plants.

Feeding less is better than more, so I'd go for a weak solution (1tsp maybe?) once a week. I use comfrey tea now, which doesn't have instructions either, and I use a dash or a slosh in every watering once the plants are flowering
