    I can see your thumb, but not much of the bee. Could it bee Lasioglossum morio?

          Most of the mining bees are very small, and hairy too.

          edit - just noticed your better photo - looks like the yellow legged mining bee andrena flavipes



          They don't actually have yellow legs, just yellowy hairs on their legs. They make burrows in the ground to lay their eggs, and the larvae overwinter, and don't emerge until the temp is above 20C, so this hot weather should bring them all out.
