  • Ahem

Just had a look in the pond and the frogs and toads are doing what frogs and toads do but one pair are in the missionary position. She seems to be gulping a lot do you think he is drowning her?

Bren, you should immediately go out and separate the loving couple. With bare hands.

Bren- leave her be...how would you like to be interrupted

frogs breath through their lungs on land, and through their skin when underwater- so she'll be fine!!!
Actually male frogs tend to be a bit thick when it comes to being frisky- I've seen piccies of males with males, males on top of 3 or 4 other males- even with a ball left in the water to prevent the water from freezing!!!!

wish I had a pond here....maybe one day!

We get not only double but triple deckers here. It's a job to tell who's doing what to whom and with what!

Just go out and throw a bucket of cold water over them, it works with dogs.

It's no wonder they're so excited....they've had to hang on for a whole extra month this year!!!!

It's fantastic though that it's finally happening!

....fingers crossed we don't have the snow forecast for next week- poor things will be quite confused
