Took this today at the side of a busy path in Glen Esk,later on some one reported their dog had been bitten.

I never see them.

Try Bradgate Park there's a few in there and the Charnwood area,used to hunt them there as a lad.

It's certainly the weather for them. They lay in the sun basking. Must start wearing my boots instead of my sandals.

When I lived on the Isle of Mull many moons ago there were areas where the hillsides were covered in them.
