The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

                    • Cheeky Sod

Kestrel waiting to pounce, sitting on conifer, taken through office window (lucky I cleaned them on Saturday), its quite often their eyeing the birds at the feeders and every so often will swoop down, when she does there is a huge cacophony from the garden birds (even the chickens join in) as they scatter.

PS Fabulous pictures Mac, what camera did you get

                          • Well, I've got a new macro lens for the camera, and a week off work next week. Let's hope for some good weather as I intend to photograph some of the wildlife in the garden. I'll post up the best.

                              • As mentioned in the thread about 'What is your area famous for' This is the Dolphin who stayed and visited our beach for over a year. These pictures were taken while we sat on the beach and watched 'her' perform.
