Bee's in love - how can I make them stay?

Hi,

Ive just been out and spotted two bee's "getting it on" on my sunflower.

Im hoping that they will set up home near here and pollinate all my flowers and vegetables.

Any ideas on how I can get them to stay (clearly they like the ambience of my garden already )

Is the big one the queen bee ?? (see photo)

I saw a little yellow bumble mating with a huge red-tailed bee yesterday. They were buzzing furiously and the queen didn't seem at all happy about it, she kept (if it was a she!) trying to crawl away
