I used to take part years ago when the Garden Birdwatch first started and you recorded birds throughout the year, but I think it a bit rich that they still want a payment (albeit only £1.25 and called a "donation") before you can volunteer to give your time collecting their research data for them. So I won't be taking part.
But I'll still watch the birds.
I notice that even with a membership of 1.2 million, they only have 346,000 people signed up.Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
