  • Hedgehog poop?

Sorry, bit of a weird one, Can anyone help identify poop for me. I want to say (hope) its a hedgehog since it’s small. I was only here yesterday and these have all appeared overnight throughout my plot

Hard to say without anything there for scale, but some of it looks to me like fox poop which we get a lot of on our plot, but if its very small probably not!
If it ain't broke...fix it til it is!

Are those cherry stones in there?
my guess is you have had several fox cubs on your plot.

It does look the right size for large hedgehog but I have a wild cherry tree in my garden and never seen cherry stones in hedgehog scat....'my ' scat is longer and thinner with a pointy end and you sometimes can see shiny insect casings in it.

          I'd say it's wood pigeon.

Not a Hedgehog, I would have taken a picture of some in my garden, but I've just mowed the grass and its gone now, I'd go with Fox if I'm to make a guess.

Given the cherry stones, that's a distinct possibility.
For it to be a hedgehog or a fox the cherries would have had to have dropped to the ground, but I can't see that happening to anything other than rotten cherries, which foxes or hedgehogs probably wouldn't touch.

Our foxes hoover up the wild cherries from our lawn...they adore them!

I thought bird poo always had the white blobby stuff in it ( do ya like my scientific terminology?!) ...which I thought was their urine aspect of the poo?

The white is indeed the "urine", but not all birds have it. I believe it depends on diet. When birds are eating a lot of fruit, especially dark fruit, they tend not to have it, and birds of prey tend not to have it, either.
