    Are these bird pellets? Found em in a quiet corner of the garden, they seem to be quite fibrous (possibly single strands of feather) and have tiny pieces of what looks like bone. Any ideas what animal they're from?

      Pointed end like that, maybe Fox poop, if it were an Owl it would have to be under a tree or building where it can roost.

        Our cats produce pellets like that at this time of year, often brought up rather than deposited from the rear end, so to speak. They do this particularly at this time of year when they've been cleaning away fur in a bid to keep a bit cooler. Might that also be the case with what you've found?

            Look exactly the same as the Fox droppings we get. Definitely know ours is a Fox because we witness it doing its business. I’d say Fox.
