Buzzing Bee

One very loud, buzzing in the bedroom this morning, very large bee, may have been a Bumble,anyway managed to persuade it to go out of window. We are in a town house, this was on the top floor, 4 floors up. He's happy now.

Possibly a queen bumble looking for her home for the year.

I didn't realise they could get up so high?

My friend lived on the 8th floor and they'd be up on his nasturtiums!

There are quite a few beehives on various hotel rooftops, although these are honey bees rather than bumble bees.

One hotel I know of, has hives on the 13th floor
