        I wouldn't say that necessarily, but they are tasty. I find the tastiest beetroot to be the darker, redder varieties - I've tried white and yellow but they don't quite cut it for me.

          Me, I love Crapaudine. Roasted, fantastic. But it's really a matter of taste. They're not the sweetest.

            I thought I'd leave one to save seed from. Anyone know how long it takes? I've not done it before and I want it out of the way.

                Well, it's not that urgent, although I could I suppose. I was just wondering when I'd get the space back - I need to find a home for my leeks.
