    When i said "own quality control" , it was meant in the way that you use it at home, in pots and not at the lottie.

    I shop at "farm foods" sometimes and buy a lot of "dirty" spuds there.
    Just last week i had a bag of "swift " there , 7.5 killos for a first early spud for £2.75 .that has obviously been stored all year but are now chittin and i swear, huge pots for a first early, i will post pics tomorrow.

    You have to pop a few of those in a bucket in your garden/backyard havent you ?

      Well, sorry folks but I aint changing what I do now. Buy some certified tattie seed,grow on some TPS,plant some from supermarket and plant some of my own seed from last years crop.
