She's gone. Working away for 5 days and return home to the devestating news that Petra is no more. No sign of her.
Perhaps Mrs Balders is "gaslighting" me.

At least I have the photo to remember her....

Why didn't you take Petra away with you? If you bring them into this world, you have a duty of care to them, to let them grow and be strong and to bear fruit in their own good time.
