                          • Took the last of my first early spuds and the first harvest of my peas today.
                            There's only one snag, I find, with growing peas - it takes twice as long to "unwrap" them as it does to take the pods off the plants. Never mind, the contents taste great.

                            Looks like I'll have some summer PSB ready for the first cutting in a day or two and some of the calabrese don't look far behind them.

                            Spotted the first hint of red appearing on the strawberries and the raspberries are starting to look like little raspberries now so it won't be long before my early mornings are busy - I guess I'd better hurry up and use the raspberries that are still in the freezer from last year
