      First batch saved. 24hrs in the dry on the plot, and back home to one of the growhouse's currently disused slatted shelves, propped over the potting tray under the backyard overhang....

      And the nursery fireguard made a great onion rack...

          Not me SWMBO, very simple peal, slice, freeze, great for stews etc over winter. We use it for thick necked onions we know will not keep well.
