Corn for popping varieties

Can anyone recommend tried and tested varieties of corn suitable for popping. I have tried strawberry popcorn a few times and failed both at germination and ripening stage so would like to try some others. I am determined to grow something worthy

No - I've had similarly iffy results with my strawberry popcorn. Love to hear from someone who's managed it!

A few years ago I grew Britpop, which popped ok - don't know if you can still get it though?

I grew Strawberry popcorn last year, plants grew ok, but no cobs formed. Don't have the space or desire to try again.
