I guess yes they'l germinate,the seed coating protects them through stomach acid,I think they'l be ok once that coating has washed away,I have no idea.

How to can tomatoes
I voted absolutely, because sometimes I just plain like to be silly.
Cans are heat treated to about 82C, which I'm fairly sure would be too hot to allow seed viability, but.......
You'll never know till you try.....

I've voted yes again in this poll somehow I don't think you can kill tom seeds unless you threw them on a fire, they seem to pop up all over my garden.Location....East Midlands.Comment
