I grew 4 plants (in the nearest 2 growbags) Took armpits from them for the next 2 Growbags on the shelf, and later in the year, took some more armpits and grew a 3rd lot of toms which were still cropping in November.
Nice tasting, stripy, cherry toms.
They'll be sown this week.

No, its better under cover here because of peach leaf curl. This is its 4th year

Hmm, I think I let myself in for the 50 BUT some that are in the 50 swap are my favourites so I"ll probably just add gardeners delight, Alisa Craig and black icicle I'm just going to do 2 of each.

Only five types for me this year and a couple, Ailsa Craig and Gardeners Delight are old favourites.

I grow those two every year too!

I was just going to grow 2 plants of one single cherry type and take a few armpits from those to grow on as well, but then I saw it's Tigerella seeds in next month's mag. And I'm in the process of creating a database of all my seeds (it's taking a while) and I've not even got to tomatoes yet!

I'm currently looking at around 20 varieties at the moment. Some of those I'll be growing outside in a raised bed and some I'll be trying out in the new polytunnel. This is up from about a dozen varieties last year.
