Thanks everyone, I have quite a few of the different seeds mentioned so might do a mix.
I have the space, water is the issue, going to be trying the three sisters methods with some.
I can get Heinz here, but like to make what ever I can as I know exactly what is in it. Then when I have a big blow out, I know it's ok as most of the time I'm good.
Would love to see some of your recipes if you get chance. Do you dry the beans and store before cooking?
