He's a bit of legend. The skill, time, expense, knowledge that must go into it leaves me speechless(ish). Not my scene but growing freakish Veg? I get it....

Think it's fascinating seeing the giant veg at the shows but don't have the time, space or expertise to do it. Guess they get bitten by the bug and the sheer challenge . Quite amazing though. Got enough trouble getting the family to eat a normal size cabbage...they like cauliflower cheese though.....
