Cauliflowers in Winter/Spring

I was looking through my seeds and have found I have Winter Cabbage, Spring Cabbage, Purple Sprouting Broccoli for Winter and Spring and a pack of Cauliflower seed for up to January and some for April but none in between. Can anyone recommend any varieties they have tried for Winter and Spring cropping?

If you click on a Cauliflower variety (and indeed some other Veg types) on Moles Seeds site there is a link to a comparison chart of timings etc. Some of their varieties will be more "agricultural" than Alotmenteer ... but the old faithful varieties are there too.
